We believe that when you ask for help you should get it and without a long wait. If you feel that you need help please do reach out on the contact form below and our consultation team will be in touch within 72 hours (although we hope to be quicker).

How does it work?

  • Reach out to us.

  • You will be contacted to arrange an initial consultation by one of our consultation team.

  • Our consultation team will talk with you to understand your situation and recommend how we may help.

  • If you then decide to take support through us, you will be given a choice of professionals to choose from depending on your individual needs. We will arrange for them to be in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange your first session. Our consultation team will be back in touch with your chosen professional periodically to check that you are getting all the support you need.

There is no charge for our service, and it is available to all men in England and Wales that are struggling with suicidal thoughts. The use of this service is confidential.
